These terms cover your use of this website, which Generation Solutions Enterprise Limited runs. By using the website, you accept them. They don’t cover the services we provide to clients. Individual proposals, quotations and agreements set those out.

Information on this website

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but its information is general. Our service pages explain what we typically offer, and your written quotation confirms the exact scope of any work. Third-party providers set the features of their own products, such as Microsoft 365 plans or domain registry rules, and they may change them.

Quotations

We publish prices for domains, hosting plans and website packages on this website. They are in Uganda shillings and may change; the invoice we send confirms the final amount before you pay. Other services are quoted individually. Each quotation applies only to the scope, period and conditions it states.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this website to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to try to break into our systems, or to interfere with how the website works. Automated submissions through our enquiry forms are not allowed.

Intellectual property

Generation Solutions owns the content and design of this website, including its text, graphics and logo, unless we say otherwise. Portfolio images show websites we created for clients, and the clients own their names, logos and content. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, WordPress, WhatsApp, Google and other trademarks belong to their owners.

We link to other websites for your convenience. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Generation Solutions is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the laws of Uganda don’t allow us to limit.

Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Uganda govern these terms.
