General
Where is Generation Solutions located?
Our office is at 2nd Floor L2-20, Kisakye Business Centre, Ntinda-Kiwatule Road, Uganda. We deliver much of our work remotely, so we serve clients across Uganda and beyond.

Do you publish your prices?
Yes, for domains, hosting plans and website packages, which you can also order online. Other services, such as ICT support, Microsoft 365 and SEO, depend on your requirements, so we prepare a written quotation for them.
Do you work with organisations outside Kampala?
Yes. We deliver most hosting, email, domain, Microsoft 365, website and SEO work remotely. On-site support depends on location.
Websites
Can I update my website myself?
Yes. We build most of our websites on WordPress, and we train the people who will update them.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. All our websites are responsive and tested on phones, tablets and computers.
Can you improve a website someone else built?
Usually. We review it first and recommend whether to maintain, improve or rebuild it.
Hosting, email & domains
Do I need hosting to have email?
You need a domain and an email service. We can host email alongside a website or separately, including on Microsoft 365.
Who owns my domain?
Your organisation. We register domains in your organisation’s name.
Can you move my existing website and email to you?
Yes. We plan migrations carefully to avoid downtime and lost mail.
Microsoft 365, support & SEO
Can you set up Microsoft 365 for my organisation?
Yes — licensing advice, setup, migration, security configuration and training.
Do you offer on-site IT support?
Yes, subject to location and the support arrangement agreed. We fix many issues remotely.
Can you guarantee my website will rank first on Google?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. We do careful SEO work and report transparently on results.
