How ordering works
- Choose what you need. A domain, hosting, a website, or any combination.
- Send your order. It costs nothing to send, and there is no online payment on this page.
- We confirm. We check that your domain is available, answer any questions and confirm the final amount, usually within one working day.
- Pay your invoice. We send an invoice with payment options. Work starts once payment is confirmed.
- We set everything up. We register your domain in your name, set up hosting and email, and start your website.
Good to know
- Domains are registered in your organisation’s name, never ours.
- The Professional Website package includes one domain (.com, .net, .org, .biz or .info) and Standard Hosting free for the first year.
- Hosting prices are per year and include free SSL on every plan.
- If you already own a domain, choose hosting or a website only and tell us your domain.

Can I order hosting for a domain I already own?
Yes. Choose hosting only and tell us your domain. We help you point it to the new hosting.
What if the domain I want is taken?
We tell you straight away and suggest available alternatives before you pay anything.
How long does setup take?
Domains and hosting are usually ready within one working day of payment. Website timelines depend on the package and your content.
